Hopefully I can simplify some Summer Camp choices for you!!

I have attached a list of merit badges, the green (C) ones are suitable for first year campers, the black (B) ones second year and the red (A) for third year and above. Those in bold type are Eagle required.

Below is the Tesomas Schedule for merit badges and activities.  Depending on your choices you can take 3 or 4 merit badges the same schedule is followed daily.  For example, if you choose to do Basketry, Woodcarving, Mammal Study and Archery, then each morning at 9am you would have Basketry, followed by Woodcarving at 10, Mammal Study at 11 and Archery after lunch at 2pm.

First year campers need to check their advancements (things signed off in the back off your Scout Handbook) to see how they are progressing.  The attached PDF (not PFD, Mr. Gehring!) is the "Eagle Quest" schedule, the numbers in the boxes correspond to the items in your book.  If you need to complete a lot of Tenderfoot/Second class/First class things then it's a good idea to sign up for Eagle Quest for most of the time with perhaps one merit badge (we can sort the scheduling out later).

Any questions at all please contact me,
Mrs. van der Sanden
